Return Policy

At Succulent Bloom Co., our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If that’s not the case, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Plants

We take great care in packaging our plants to ensure they arrive in healthy condition. However, due to the delicate nature of live plants and the shipping process, damage can occasionally occur.

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. Email us at succulentbloomco@gmail.com and include your order number and pictures so we can evaluate the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Please note: We are unable to offer replacements or refunds if you do not notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges or Returns (Non-Plant Items)

For non-plant items such as pots, decor, or accessories, we offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at succulentbloomco@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to:

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at succulentbloomco@gmail.com.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Live plants (unless damaged upon arrival and reported within 48 hours)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
